Nam Meat Factory is a Meat Processing Plant in Omaheke, Namibia. The facility is 20km outside the small town Gobabis, also known as Cattle Country, on the Trans-Kalahari route running through Botswana to Johannesburg.

The maintainance of game numbers is important, because if left uncontrolled it can lead to a variety of devastating problems such as overgrazing and desertification, and an epidemic. So it is important that a perfect balance is kept to keep a healthy population of wildlife to prevent these devastating problems but also to keep high enough numbers to keep the population affuent.
Cattle in Namibia is Free-Range and free of growth hormones. Most of the surrounding areas is full of grazing cattle in synergy with the natural environment.

Game meat is Free-Range & Hormone free by nature. Proper quality checks and proper sorting procedures ensure that we only use the best quality meat.
Gobabis is also a large producer of Cattle and beef is sourced from accredited abbatoirs in the surrounding area. It is Free-Range and Growth Hormone Free.
We have all our local safety & compliance certificates and aspire to be a export facility so we follow HACCP principles and stringent food safety practices.
